I head the dispute resolution department. With almost 20 years experience of conducting and advising on high value and complex litigation claims I adopt a commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. I seek out innovative solutions for clients rather than following a process. I am a keen advocate of mediation. The department undertakes litigation ranging from a variety of subject matter including fraud, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, negligence and partnership issues for its diverse client base across a wide sector including manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, hospitality, insurance, pharmaceutical, social care, IT, waste recycling and professional services. Outside of work I enjoy reading, keeping fit and entertaining.
